Calmeuhandmade is committed to providing high-quality garden furniture restoration services. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations of our restoration services.

Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel a scheduled restoration service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Before Work Commences: If you cancel before we begin restoration work, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid, minus any assessment fees if applicable.
  • After Work Has Started: If work has already commenced, cancellation fees may apply based on the work completed and materials used.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our restoration work. If you are not satisfied with the completed restoration, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your furniture. We will:

  • Review your concerns and inspect the restored furniture
  • Address any legitimate issues with the restoration work
  • Make necessary corrections at no additional cost if the work does not meet our quality standards

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to complete the restoration due to unforeseen circumstances on our part
  • If the furniture is determined to be beyond economical repair after assessment and before work begins
  • If there is a significant deviation from the agreed-upon restoration plan without your consent

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

Warranty on Restoration Work

Our restoration work is covered by a warranty that protects against defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty period and coverage will be specified in your service agreement. This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from use
  • Damage resulting from misuse or abuse
  • Damage from extreme weather conditions or improper storage
  • Pre-existing conditions that were not addressed during restoration

Furniture Collection and Return

If we have collected your furniture for restoration:

  • You are responsible for ensuring the furniture is available for collection at the agreed time
  • We will return your furniture upon completion of restoration work
  • If you need to collect your furniture before restoration is complete, collection fees may apply
  • Any furniture left uncollected for more than 90 days after completion may incur storage fees

Disputes and Resolution

If you have a concern about our restoration services, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

We reserve the right to update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
